1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PIPSYNC ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. PIPSYNC is operated by TJ Kagan (ABN registered sole trader, Australia).
2. Description of Service
PIPSYNC provides AI-powered tools designed to assist Forex traders with trade journalling, risk management, psychology coaching, market analysis, and trade review. All tools are powered by artificial intelligence and are intended for educational and informational purposes only.
3. Not Financial Advice
Nothing on PIPSYNC constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional financial guidance. All content, tools, and AI-generated outputs are for informational and educational purposes only. You should not make any financial or trading decisions based solely on the information provided by PIPSYNC. Always conduct your own research and consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions. Trading Forex involves significant risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
PIPSYNC offers subscription plans (Basic, Pro, and Elite) billed on a monthly basis through Whop. All plans include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.
5. Free Trial
New users may access a limited free trial of selected tools without creating an account. Free trial usage is limited to 3 uses per device. PIPSYNC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time without notice.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to use PIPSYNC for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or resell any part of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, tools, and technology on PIPSYNC are the intellectual property of PIPSYNC and its operators. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PIPSYNC and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including any trading losses incurred as a result of relying on AI-generated outputs.
9. Privacy
PIPSYNC collects minimal data necessary to operate the service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Email addresses are stored securely and used only for PIPSYNC communications. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
11. Changes to Terms
PIPSYNC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
