PIPSYNC is operated by TJ Kagan, a sole trader registered in Australia (ABN registered). We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

We collect your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter or create a subscription account. We do not collect payment information directly — all payments are processed securely by Whop. We do not collect names, addresses, or other personal identifiers beyond your email.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your email is used solely to: send your magic link login to access the PIPSYNC dashboard, send weekly newsletter issues and free resources (only if you opted in), and provide customer support when requested.
4. Data Storage
Subscriber emails and plan information are stored securely in Supabase, hosted in the Sydney (Australia) region. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Cookies
PIPSYNC uses minimal cookies solely to maintain your login session on the dashboard. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request this, contact us via the Help & Support section in your dashboard. Newsletter subscribers may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
7. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Whop (payment processing), Supabase (data storage), Resend (transactional email & newsletter), Netlify (website hosting), and Anthropic (AI processing). Each of these services has their own privacy policy.
